On August 16th, at the Huron County Fair, South Central FFA fair booth took 2nd. The officer team constructed a booth in the Huron County Soil and Water Conservation District Agronomy building. They set up a conservation scene to teach people the conservation techniques. They chose soil conservation, so they displayed how buffer strips work. They also displayed contour farming and talked about how both of those help soil erosion. They walked away with 2nd out of 6. Thank you to the people who came out and helped us construct our booth.
