FFA State FFA President

On April 17, the South Central FFA welcomed the Ohio FFA President, Mary Buehler, into the classroom. The chapter experienced many different team building activities. The 2nd period Ag class was sent on a scavenger hunt within the classroom to see how many points they could get in 10 minutes. The list challenged them as a team to find notes, do jumping jacks, draw the FFA emblem, introduce each other to someone, and many other challenging tasks. In the end they discovered their task taking abilities and strategies. The 7th period learned what a good first impression is, and how to dress/act in an interview. They also had a competition to see who had the best handshake, because a firm handshake is key in a good first impression. This was just two of the many activities done within the chapter. The South Central FFA would like to thank Mary Buehler for her wonderful 2nd visit to South Central.
